New studio under construction
As of 2005, a new studio is currently under construction at 50 Dragoumanou Street. It will include two large stages, consisting of 2475 square feet, with a height of 40 feet. This studio will offer the latest technology from Sony digital cameras. There will also be 4000 square feet of office space, storage areas, dressing rooms, a restaurant, warehouses and all the necessary modern facilities.

Paul Aaron in Athens
To celebrate the establishment of the Academy Of Cinema at the Karamanos Studio, Paul Aaron, a leading Hollywood writer/ director/ producer will give a series of lectures and a master screenwriting workshop, starting October 8, 2005. "Brides" by Martin Scorcese
In 2004, Martin Scorcese acted as the executive producer for the feature film, "Brides", which was directed by the Greek director, Pantelis Voulgaris. The film was filmed entirely in Greece, and its major set was at the Karamanos Studio.
